BSS Foundations, Mumbai hosted a vibrant and engaging orientation program on 19^th August 2023, marking the commencement of the academic journey for BBA, PGDM, PGDBM, and BAC students. A comprehensive presentation provided an in-depth look into BSS Foundations, outlining its academic philosophy, unique features, and commitment to nurturing future leaders.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of distinguished guests Dr. Shivakanth Upadhaya, Ms. Rochelle Dsouza, H Ganapathi, and Mr. Keval Bhanushali who added immense value to the program. The day also featured a captivating cultural program that added a touch of creativity and enthusiasm to the proceedings.

The orientation program kicked off with a warm welcome by Ms. Neha, and the Directors Mr Babul Saha Ms. Tapashree, of BSS Foundations set the tone for the day by highlighting the importance of the orientation in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for the incoming students.

Dr. Shivakanth Upadhaya Dean Academics, IIM Ahmedabad Mr. Keval Bhanushali, Mr. H Ganapathi Sir with an  experience of over 27 years transcending functional areas of sales, marketing, product management, strategy, and then entrepreneurship, HR consulting, teaching, training, and coaching. His forte lie in developing and conducting Assessment Centers, Competency mapping, Psychometric Testing and Organizational Optimization industry and accomplished professionals delivered inspirational addresses. They shared insights into the real-world applications of the subjects the students would be studying and motivated them to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.

Key faculty members, department heads, and support staff were introduced, allowing the students to familiarize themselves with the individuals who would play pivotal roles in their academic journey.

A guided tour showcased the state-of-the-art facilities at BSS Foundations, including classrooms, libraries, recreational areas, and other key locations. This helped the students feel more at home in their new academic environment.

The orientation program featured an enthralling cultural program, showcasing the diverse talents of BSS Foundations students. Performances ranged from dance and music to drama, providing a delightful break from the formal proceedings and fostering a sense of community.

The orientation program concluded on a high note, with students leaving with a sense of excitement and anticipation for the academic year ahead. The contributions, coupled with the vibrant cultural program, created a memorable and inspiring start for the incoming students.
